Shipping and Handling
I attempt to ship your order as soon as possible after it is received. Usually three business days
or less. Summer is a particularly heavy demand season for cooling products, delays may occur during the hot months due
to product availability.
I will inform you by email when your order has shipped. Any available tracking information
will be included at this time.

Returns
My aim is for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want
to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I will do what I can to make it right.
If you
wish to return an unused item, be aware that there will be a 25% fee for restocking and you will
have to pay shipping and insurance costs for any return.
I'll process any refunds as quickly as I am able.
